Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through diverse channels like upwork, fiver, Clutch and linkedIn
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations for effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings based on client needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Align sales efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring favorable outcomes.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a business developer/executive in IT/SE domain or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, English literature marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional Negotiation skills & Convincing Power.
- Proficient in Ms Office, Email Marketing Tools, Data Analytics tools, Sales Enablement Tools.
