Key Responsibilities (with training & support):
- Learn to identify and bid on relevant projects that match the company’s services on Upwork.
- Assist in preparing tailored proposals that address client requirements.
- Support in maintaining and optimizing company profiles on freelancing platforms.
- Communicate with potential clients under supervision to gain experience in professional client handling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Computer Science (BSCS), or any related field.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Passion for freelancing platforms and willingness to learn.
Experience:
- No prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and bid on high-conversion projects that align with the company’s core services and strategic goals through targeted Upwork bidding strategies.
2. Craft tailored, persuasive proposals that address client requirements and demonstrate a clear understanding of their objectives to increase win rates.
3. Optimize and regularly update company Upwork profiles to enhance visibility, platform ranking, and client credibility.
4. Maintain professional and timely communication with potential clients to build trust, clarify project scopes, and foster long-term business relationships.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams including design, development, and HR to gather technical insights, align deliverables, and ensure proposal accuracy.
6. Manage client relationships post-acquisition to ensure satisfaction, secure positive feedback, and encourage repeat business.
Technical & Sales Tools:

Qualifications:
