Job description
ASSORT TECH is looking for a motivated and career-oriented Upwork Sales Trainee to join our team in Lahore. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in freelancing platforms, business development, and online sales. Selected candidates will receive training and guidance on how to identify, bid, and convert potential projects on Upwork, while learning professional communication and client handling skills.
Key Responsibilities (with training & support):
- Learn to identify and bid on relevant projects that match the company’s services on Upwork.
- Assist in preparing tailored proposals that address client requirements.
- Support in maintaining and optimizing company profiles on freelancing platforms.
- Communicate with potential clients under supervision to gain experience in professional client handling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Computer Science (BSCS), or any related field.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Passion for freelancing platforms and willingness to learn.
Experience:
- No prior experience required.
