Job description
ASSORT TECH is seeking a talented and detail-driven Associate UI/UX Designer to craft seamless, user-focused digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing intuitive interfaces that align with modern usability standards while ensuring cross-device responsiveness and accessibility.
1. Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
2. Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
3. Conduct user research, map user journeys, and create personas to guide design decisions.
4. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end user experiences.
5. Ensure responsive layouts and accessibility compliance across all devices based on WCAG standards.
6. Use and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components for consistency.
7. Integrate AI-driven features such as smart suggestions, personalization, and adaptive interfaces.
8. Stay updated on UI/UX trends including AI-powered design tools and automated user testing techniques.
9. Participate in usability testing and continuously improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
