Job description
ASSORT TECH is seeking a results-oriented and career-driven Lead Generation & Outbound Specialist to support our business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about B2B prospecting, outbound sales strategies, and data-driven outreach. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, executing outbound campaigns, and generating qualified sales opportunities through cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
Key Responsibilities
2)Build and manage targeted lead lists based on ICP, industry, location, and decision-maker roles
3) Create and execute outbound sequences (email + LinkedIn) with structured follow-ups to book qualified meetings
4) Track, analyze, and optimize outreach performance using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar)
5)Maintain clean and accurate data, follow outreach best practices, and ensure high deliverability and reply to rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BSCS, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline
Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or business development roles
